This service requires a non-refundable deposit for the design consultation to begin. The deposit will go towards your final invoice balance upon conclusion of services.
 
Turn around time is 2-3 buisness days upon completion of service agreement & invoice delivery. If your bottle is being shipped to you a tracking number will be provided to you via your shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
 
General Information - Bottle Engraving Services:
 
I accept Cashapp, PayPal, Zelle, and payments here via my website. 
 
The expectation is to have full communication with the client from start to finish. 

• Step 1: Design Consultation
Once payment receipt has been confirmed we start with the design consultation. I hold a small meeting with you virtually either via dm, text, or email in which you share with me your ideas on how you would like your custom text to look on your preferred bottle of choice. If you would like to provide the bottle we can discuss shipping/drop-off options. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the full cost(s) of any bottle (perfume, cologne, etc.) needed for services.

• Step 2: Mockup/Design Review
Then we would move on to the design review. I usually work up about 3 drafts max. In between each draft, I send you pictures and adjust according to your feedback. We continue to work together to finalize the design. 

• Step 3: Service Agreement & Invoice Delivery
Once we finalize your design I will ask you to fill out a service agreement via email. Upon completion, you will also recieve your final invoice for your custom bottle engraving service.
 
Invoices are due on the due date. Engraving services will not begin until both the agreement and invoice are signed and paid in full.
